The Beulah Roadhouse

Roma's has extended its unprecedented service and great cuisine to the Beulah Roadhouse (307-643-9564) Grill in Beulah, Wyoming. Roma's owner Leigh Kamstra is bringing her culinary and business skills and giving them a wonderful Roadhouse flavor. The Beulah Roadhouse is located in the back of the Sand Creek Trading Post in downtown Beulah, Wyoming. While they will not have the signature entrées and special dishes such as smoked pheasant raviolis or white truffle chicken, that are popular features on the menu of Roma's Ristorante (just a few short miles away in Spearfish, South Dakota), they will have more of a real American Midwest cuisine. Leigh Kamstra, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, says that she is enjoying the small town, Midwest atmosphere. Some of the features include steak, walleye, chicken fried steak, and prime rib on Friday and Saturday. Of course, she cannot resist having an exquisite Italian special every now and then! She is also using her extensive wine-tasting background to assist Saloon 333 in adding some of her favorites. Do not expect the outstanding wine list provided at Roma's, but do expect to find a wine that will compliment your dining selection.
